Our Partially-Managed Option is a good compromise if you're new to construction. This option is still very affordable, but requires less of your time than our Owner-Managed Option. It's a great way to still save money while remaining very involved in your build and controlling expenses.
This option is a combination of Owner Managed Homes and you working together sharing the work:
We will manage the structural phase of the project which includes Foundation, Framing and Mechanical Rough-In (Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC).
The owner will manage the balance of the project with all of the resources provided in the Owner Managed option. All labor and materials are still at cost to the owner.
